Shipping & Delivery
All nutritional products are shipped using UPS since they are the only current shipping provider to allow for non irradiated delivery of supplements and food items. USPS is used, in most cases, to ship any of our EMF devices because they are unharmed by the irradiation process that takes place during shipping.
Privacy & Security
We use the industry standard 128 bit encryption on all of our transactions to ensure a safe online shopping experience. Your information is never shared with any other company or person for any reason.
Returns & Replacements
Some products may qualify for a return or a replacement in the event it was damaged before delivery. Supplements will only be exchanged if they have not been opened and are less than 30 days old. We will not accept any returns of supplements that are sent by DHL, FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier but UPS. If a supplement or food item is returned by one of the other carriers we will not issue a replacement or refund.
Ordering
Ordering may be done through our online store, by email or over the phone by calling 314-260-7559. Because of our rigorous schedule we may not always be available by phone, but you can leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept most forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and Checks may be used for purchases done in person or if you want to mail a chek before your products are delivered. We will periodicly offer discounts on some of the products which you can sign up to get notified about via our newsletter.
Viewing Orders
You can login to your account at any time after placing an order and be able to view the status of the order and get tracking information on all UPS orders.
Updating Account Information
You can login to your account at any time and update your account information including any changes to your phone number, address, or any other information that may be necessary.
